Flo Féa was founded in 2024 by Katrien, out of a passionate love for horses.
For years, and still today, she devoted all her attention, time, interest and care to horses that needed extra care. This gave rise to the idea of applying all that knowledge, experience and discovered products to a new life: Flo Féa is the name of a foal that is now growing up according to the acquired knowledge and nutrition.
That’s why at Flo Féa you’ll only find products that have been positively tested and are therefore considered effective by Katrien. Learning may and must never stop, more products are constantly being researched and added.

Can I request advice from Katrien?
Yes. She’s happy to share the knowledge and experience she’s gained, and she knows the Flo Féa products inside and out. No sales talk: the most effective solution very often lies in simplicity.

– All food is stored in a modern and hygienic warehouse, according to FAVV regulations.
– All batch numbers and expiration dates are registered.
– 60 days before a product approaches its ‘best before’ date, there is an automated alarm system for this batch: these bag(s) are fed to the Flo Féa herd.
– Food that arrives damaged upon delivery at Flo Féa: if only the packaging was damaged but the food itself is intact: this food goes to the Flo Féa herd. Destruction will only occur if the food is no longer suitable for consumption.

The prices shown in the webshop include VAT. These do not change for you as a customer if you live in an EU country outside Belgium. The selling price is always as shown in the webshop, including VAT.

Natural nutrition is what most and best meets biological needs. Roughage is always the basis.
With FLO Fea’s natural nutrition, deficiencies are supplemented in a horse-friendly and natural way, without additions of sugar, molasses, grains and other unnecessary fillers.
The concept of ‘natural nutrition’ at Flo Féa is scientifically based on the evolutionary physical and mental needs of a horse.
To determine if horse feed is natural, you must read the label carefully. At a minimum, the label of natural horse feed should say the following things:
1.Ingredient list: This should be clear and simple, with recognizable, natural ingredients like grass, hay, herbs, linseed… Avoid products with artificial colors, fragrances, and flavorings or preservatives.
2.No added sugars or fillers: Natural horse feed contains no added sugars, molasses, grains or unnecessary fillers.
3.Minimally processed: This indicates that the nutrients have been retained without intensive processing, which is more in line with a natural diet.
FLO Féa’s vision is that a horse or equine should only receive nutrition that matches its natural and biological nature. Labels are carefully inspected and everything is tested on the FLO Fea herd.
This vision is based on scientific insights and experiences. Only positively tested products appear on this website.
Your horse needs to get used to the new feed. You can mix it with the old feed and gradually build it up.

Your email address is necessary to inform you about the status of your online order.
The billing address is important for Flo Féa’s VAT contribution in the country you specified. Of course, also your VAT number if you order for business: this way the invoice can be prepared correctly.
If you chose shipping: the address you entered will be printed on the shipping label and noted in your order.
Behind the scenes: products with a batch number are registered per order and linked to your provided email address. Should there ever be a problem with a batch, Katrien can inform you by email.
All data used by Flo Féa is not passed on to external parties.
