Refund & Return Policy

Overview

FLO FEA refund and return policy is standard 30 days after delivery of purchased goods. This falls under “time for reflection.

To be eligible for this, the purchased FLO FEA products must be unopened and in their original packaging. The purchase must be proven with a proof of purchase and the return request must be reported via webshop@flofea.com or through the contact form below.

If the return request is accepted, FLO FEA will mail a return label DPD. This return label is not 100% free, a contribution will be requested, calculated on the number of kilos and the location of the notified goods. It is also possible to deliver the -if the return meets the conditions and has been notified to FLO FEA- yourself at FLO FEA Westpoort 39D 2070 Zwijndrecht-BE by appointment via webshop@flofea.com.

What can NOT be returned under “reflection period”:

  • Gift Certificates
  • Opened food bags (including supplements)
  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Equipment (such as halters, fly masks, etc) that is no longer in its original packaging and/oriof obvious signs of use.

Please do not return your item directly to the manufacturer.

Register returns outside the 30-day “cooling off” period:

Case by case: Katrien from Flo Féa examines the defect and/or fault and proposes one or more solutions.

Refund

Once your return has been accepted and processed by FLO FEA, a refund will be issued. This amount will be transferred via the chosen means of payment of the customer who purchased and returned the items.

FLO FEA will notify the customer once the refund has been made. It may take several business days for this refund to be visible in the account number chosen by the customer.

The price at which the goods were purchased equals the amount that will be refunded.

If the return request includes items that were sent as gifts directly to the gift recipient address, then by arrangement, the gift recipient may receive a voucher from FLO FEA directly by mail, in consultation with the original purchaser of the items.

If there is a desire to exchange the goods and the return request was positively assessed via webshop@flofea.com, either the refunded amount can be used to reorder these items or an exchange will be made on site at FLO FEA’s warehouse Westpoort 39D 2070 Zwijndrecht-BE. This in consultation with FLO FEA via webshop@flofea.com.

Warranty and complaints procedure

As a consumer, you are entitled to a legal guarantee of 2 years on all goods purchased through our webshop. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects or defects already present at the time of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage of food, normal wear and tear, neglect or accidents. If you notice a defect within this period, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can provide an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement or refund.

If we can’t resolve it together, you, as a consumer, can file a complaint with TRUSTMARK:

Webshop Trustmark Complaint Procedure

Stores affiliated with Webshop Trustmark must meet a number of conditions. Webshop Trustmark inspects affiliated webshops and mediates in any disputes. A store affiliated with Webshop Trustmark implements a privacy protocol to ensure that personal data of online consumers is not misused.

If a webshop does not adhere to the rules, the consumer can file a complaint. Webshop Trustmark investigates the complaint and attempts to resolve the issue. In cases where the problem is not properly resolved and Webshop Trustmark believes this is due to the affiliated webshop, there is a possibility that the webshop may be stripped of the right to display the Quality Mark logo.

Webshop Trustmark will ensure that it is clear to the consumer that a store affiliated with Webshop Trustmark is guaranteed, safe, and reliable.
