When and how Will My Order be Shipped?
Currently the shipping partner to all EU countries is courier service DPD and POST NL. Shipping costs are calculated during payment, and can be checked before you confirm and pay for your order. Parcels are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. For now, delivery in pickup points is not a standard option to choose, although it is on the way!
After order processing, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Please note: On Belgian public holidays, there are no package pickups, and you will experience delays in delivery.
What about VAT rates?
The prices as shown on webshop are including VAT. They do not change for you as a customer if you live in an EU country outside Belgium. The selling price is always as shown on the webshop, including VAT.
After payment on the webshop, you will receive an automatic email with the invoice.
What does it mean when horse nutrition is “natural”?
Natural nutrition is what most and best meets biological needs. Roughage is always the basis.
With FLO Fea’s natural feed, deficiencies are made up in a horse-friendly and natural way, without additives of sugar, molasses, grains and other unnecessary fillers.
Flo Féa’s concept of natural nutrition is scientifically based on a horse’s evolutionary physical and mental needs.
How can you recognize the high quality of our products?
To determine if horse feed is natural, you must read the label carefully. At a minimum, the label of natural horse feed should say the following things:
1.Ingredient list: This should be clear and simple, with identifiable, natural ingredients such as grass, hay, herbs, flaxseed … Avoid products with artificial colors, flavors, fragrances or preservatives.
2.No added sugars or fillers: Natural horse feed contains no added sugars, molasses, grains or unnecessary fillers.
3.Minimally processed: This indicates that the nutrients have been retained without intensive processing, which is more in line with a natural diet.
Why does Flo select Féa so fussy?
FLO Fea’s vision is that a horse or equine should only be fed food that is consistent with its natural and biological nature. Labels are carefully inspected and everything is tested on the FLO Fea herd.
My horse does not like the food purchased from FLO Fea. What now?
Your horse needs to get used to the new feed. You can mix with the old feed and build up systematically.

Unopened bags that are still in original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase. You will then receive a refund for the returned items within the 14 days.
