1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the webshop.

1.2 The products sold through the webshop are produced by brands purchased by the webshop; The webshop does not produce itself.

1.3 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Offer and Prices

2.1 All offers and prices in the webshop are without obligation and can be changed at any time.

2.2 The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Orders can be placed via the webshop. After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

3.2 Payments must be made via the available payment methods in the webshop.

4. Delivery options

4.1 The webshop offers three delivery options: a) Click and Collect: The customer can pick up the order at an agreed location and time. b) Home delivery: Delivery is free of charge with a purchase value of €300 or more and if the delivery address is located within the Waasland region. c) By courier service: this option and the costs are indicated on www.flofea.com

4.2 The delivery time is stated at the time of ordering. The webshop aims to deliver within this period, but cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.

5. Returns and Cancellations

5.1 The customer has the right to cancel the order and return the products within 30 days of receipt of the products without giving reasons, provided that the products are unopened and in their original condition. Digital items and products purchased with a price discount cannot be returned.

5.2 The costs for return are at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

5.3 After receipt of the returned products, the webshop will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

6. Warranty and Complaints

6.1 The webshop guarantees that the products meet the specifications as stated on the website.

6.2 In case of complaints, the customer must contact the customer service of the webshop. The webshop will process the complaint as soon as possible.

7. Liability

7.1 The webshop is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of turnover or profit.

7.2 The liability of the webshop is limited to the amount of the order.

8. Privacy

8.1 The Customer’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation. More information can be found in the webshop’s privacy statement.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

9.1 These general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.

9.2 Disputes arising out of or in connection with these general terms and conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
