What is the correct amount?

When we talk about an adult horse of approximately 500 to 600kg or heavier, this depends on the general activities that the horse performs on a day/week. When the horse has to work often, it is recommended to feed as follows:
250gr per 100kg body weight per feeding, this can be up to 2x per day.

When we talk about an adult horse approx. 500 to 600kg or heavier that is ridden/worked recreationally.
150gr to 200gr per 100kg body weight per feeding.

When we talk about a pony approx. 350 to 450 kg, this depends on the general activities that the horse performs on a day/week. When the horse has to work often, it is recommended to feed as follows:

This is very dependent on pony to pony, we always advise to look at the metabolism of the pony, is your pony sensitive to sugars, does your pony have EMS or sensitivity to laminitis, we recommend a max dose per day:

Spring/summer + only roughage: 200 to 250gr 1x per day.
Autumn/winter incl grazing: 200 – 250 gr 2x per day.
Autumn/winter only roughage: 300 – 350 gr 2x per day.
