General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the webshop, directly (via the online webshop platform) or undirectly (through a sales contact of this webshop).
1.2 The products sold via the webshop are produced by brands that the webshop purchases; the webshop does not produce anything itself.
1.3 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
2. Offers and prices
2.1 All offers and prices in the webshop are without obligation and may be changed at any time.
2.2 The prices quoted include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders and payments
3.1 Orders can be placed via the webshop or via another channel with a delegated sales person of this webshop. After placing an order at the webshop, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
3.2 Payments must be made using the payment methods available in the webshop at checkout if the order goes via the webshop. If an invoice is sent outside the webshop the expiry date of payment should mentioned on that invoice.
4. Delivery options
4.1 The webshop offers two delivery options: a) Click and Collect: The customer can collect the order at an agreed location. b) Home delivery
4.2 The webshop strives to deliver within 7 working days, but cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control. Backorders for example shall be available once these goods are made available in the main warehouse of this webshop.
5. Returns and cancellations
5.1 The customer has the right to cancel the order without giving reasons and to return the products within 30 days of receipt, provided that the products are unopened and in their original condition.
5.2 The costs of returning the products are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 After receiving the returned products, the webshop will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
6. Warranty and complaints
6.1 The webshop guarantees that the products comply with the specifications as stated on the website.
6.2 In case of complaints, the customer should contact the webshop’s customer service. The webshop will handle the complaint as soon as possible. If the situation is urgent, please call Katrien at 0032456731341.
7. Liability
7.1 The webshop is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of turnover or profit.
7.2 The liability of the webshop is limited to the amount of the order.
8. Privacy
8.1 The customer’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation. More information can be found in the webshop’s privacy statement.

9.1 This website may contain links to external webshops or third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the nature, content, or availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorsement of the views expressed within them. This website takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of such third-party sites. Your use of external websites is at your own risk. 10. Applicable law and disputes
10.1 These general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In extension: European law is consulted as well by webshop owner Katrien Rotthier.
10.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these general terms and conditions will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
