Flo Féa, Rootsum and Baunat win the Becom Diamond Award 2025
The Becom Awards were presented once again during a festive evening. With these awards, Becom, the Belgian federation for e-commerce, aims to reward online entrepreneurs for their daily efforts to put the Belgian digital economy increasingly on the map.
Twenty Belgian online shops received an award.
Becom Awards by Research
The winners of the Becom Research Awards were chosen directly by Belgian online consumers. They assessed the participating webshops and decided who would take home a prize.
Criteria that were decisive in awarding this Award included low to no delivery costs, reliability/speed of delivery and free insurance for damaged or lost goods.
When awarding the customer-friendliness award, the following aspects were taken into account: accessible customer service, customer service experience and friendly/fast service.
Webshops that won an award in this category were assessed on the basis of clarity about costs, user-friendly payment methods and the number of payment options, among other things.
The decisive factor in this category is sustainability in various aspects, including product, implementation, logistics, and packaging.
