Laws about warranty are guidinglines and I will alwaus go further then any law obligition if the complaint is justified.
At my online store, your satisfaction is my utmost priority. If you find that your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, I have a simple return policy in place. You can return any unopened and unused items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange. To start the return process, just reach out to me, and I’ll assist you every step of the way. Please make sure the items are in their original packaging and condition. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on perished goods (exeptions are exeptions) or personalised items. Your happiness is essential to me, and I’m committed to ensuring the return process is as hassle-free as possible.

Returns & Withdrawals
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back the goods; or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Return Costs & Condition
You must send back the goods no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
