BF® 3-in-1 mineral herb biscuits Grass & Poop ‘natural’ are healthy and tasty biscuits for dogs with (too) loose stools and/or who eat their stools or grass, or to support a change of food or poorly digestible food. The biscuits are also a tasty and healthy snack. Plant-based (vegetarian).
Because eating faeces is often the result of a deficiency in certain vitamins or minerals, a vitamin and mineral and/or probiotic supplement can help prevent this behaviour.
Kaolinite has absorbent properties for toxins from the intestinal contents and binds harmful substances in the digestive tract.
The antioxidants, vitamins and minerals in our herbal mix have a positive effect on health. The added herbal mix contains plantain, which supports the mucous membrane of the digestive system, and sage. Sage supports the removal of waste products.
The fibre present promotes digestion and ensures good intestinal flora and bacteria in the intestine. Barley is rich in beta-glucans, which promote the growth of good intestinal bacteria. It can also lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

The kaolinite present spoils the “tasty flavour” of the faeces. The calcium supports the teeth, nails and bones and is essential for nerve and muscle function.

For dogs that eat faeces: Ensure a well-balanced diet, add a good supplement (BFPetfood 3-in-1 biscuits and/or BFPetfood OMEGA+ Probiotics), reward the dog for good behaviour, keep your dog on a leash, especially in places where there is a lot of faeces, try to improve the dog’s behaviour (training) and provide sufficient distraction and activity. Keep the areas where the dog spends time free of faeces (especially with puppies). Once the faeces are back to normal, you can continue to give a few biscuits a day as a tasty and healthy snack.
