Webshop Flo Féa Terms and Conditions – Flo Féa

General 1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the webshop. 1.2 The products sold via the webshop are produced by brands that the webshop purchases; the webshop does not produce anything itself. 1.3 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

Offers and prices 2.1 All offers and prices in the webshop are without obligation and may be changed at any time. 2.2 The prices quoted include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Orders and payments 3.1 Orders can be placed via the webshop. After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email. 3.2 Payments must be made using the payment methods available in the webshop at checkout.

Delivery options4.1 The webshop offers two delivery options: a) Click and Collect: The customer can collect the order at an agreed location. b) Home delivery 4.2 The delivery time is stated when placing the order. The webshop strives to deliver within 7 working days, but cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.

Returns and cancellations 5.1 The customer has the right to cancel the order without giving reasons and to return the products within 30 days of receipt, provided that the products are unopened and in their original condition. 5.2 The costs of returning the products are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. 5.3 After receiving the returned products, the webshop will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

Warranty and complaints 6.1 The webshop guarantees that the products comply with the specifications as stated on the website. 6.2 In case of complaints, the customer should contact the webshop’s customer service. Liability 7.1 The webshop is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of turnover or profit. 7.2 The liability of the webshop is limited to the amount of the order.

Privacy 8.1 The customer’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation. More information can be found in the webshop’s privacy statement.

Applicable law and disputes 9.1 These general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. 9.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these general terms and conditions will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
