AGROBS Zinc Pur provides purely organically bound zinc. The selected composition of warm air-dried meadow grasses and herbs as well as linseed makes Zinc Pur particularly palatable and is readily accepted even by fussy horses.

Feeding Recommendation
- 5 g per 100 kg body weight per day
- Large horses: 30 g per day (600 kg body weight)
- Small horses: 20 g per day (400 kg body weight)
- (1 level measuring spoon = approximately 20g)
Feeding advice: This feed supplement may only be given in accordance with the feeding recommendations cause of the higher zinc content compared to complete feeds.
How does a lack of zinc become apparent?
Zinc deficiency is quite common in Germany. Typical signs include problems with skin, coat and hoofs. But also an affinity to infections, respectively a weak immune system in general, can be caused by a zinc deficiency. A possible deficiency can be verified by blood exam.
Is there a risk of overdosing Zink Pur?
Adult horses are relatively tolerant concerning a shortly increased supply with zinc. However,
Zink Pur should only be supplemented as cure. In case of a slight deficiency, a period of 3 to 4 weeks is normally sufficient to balance to deficiency.
Which type of bond is Zink Pur?
Zinc is exclusively contained in its organic form as zinc chelate of amino acids.
Can Zink Pur also be fed to horses with a sensitive metabolism (e.g. laminitis, Cushing, EMS, PSSM)?
Yes, because no sugar or starch is added.
ZinkPur only consists of zinc, dried green fibres and linseed.
