Grass / Herb Pellets
The Herbs grass and herb pellets consist of more than 80 different meadow grasses and herbs from the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Only natural humus is used to fertilize these pastures. These grasses and herbs are dried with warm air and pressed into extra-large pellets. This purely natural and fiber-rich roughage ensures that the horse receives sufficient essential nutrients. Thanks to the particularly quality-preserving drying method, the Herbs grass and herb pellets have a higher content of nutrients, minerals, and vitamins compared to other feeds.

Usage

Special recommendations:
Pour 1.5 to 3 parts water over 1 part feed and let it soak for 15 minutes before feeding. This prevents the risk of esophageal blockage in horses that do not chew their feed sufficiently, in horses with poor dentition, and in horses that eat their feed too quickly, resulting in insufficient saliva production. When the feed is moistened, the stems and leaves reabsorb water, which also improves the palatability of the feed.
Always provide sufficient clean drinking water at the feeding station.
