Rosehip can contain more vitamin C than an orange and is therefore one of the best natural sources of vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism, has a positive effect on the immune system and contributes to mental resilience.
Ginger
Ginger has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, immunomodulatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-cancer, neuroprotective, antiplatelet, blood pressure-lowering, stomach-strengthening, heart and liver-protecting, antispasmodic and blood glucose and cholesterol-lowering effects.
Turmeric

Cinnamon

Let me introduce myself: I am Melissa De Winter, herbal consultant, veterinary assistant (in training), animal therapist, herbalist specialising in natural healing, TCM and Ayurvedic Medicine. I also practise shiatsu/acupressure and specialise in the five elements theory.
For years, I have been studying this field with a focus on humans and animals. My mother was a homeopath through and through, so I grew up with it.
